Olive Froman
Olive Froman is a photographer working with themes of family, grief, and the inevitable passing of time. Her practice is rooted in personal experience, returning to familiar places, gestures, and people as a way of understanding what it means to hold on and let go.

Originally from New York City, she now lives in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, where the quiet and close proximity to family inform much of her recent work. She earned a BFA in Photography from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia (2019) and is currently an MFA candidate in the Limited Residency Photography program at the University of Hartford (2026).
